I realized a few days ago that this would probably be a great time to delete some photos off my camera so we have plenty of room for newborn baby pictures. I have a bad habit of never deleting pictures after I've transferred them to the computer, so I'll be in the middle of a great photographic moment when my camera beeps at me that I don't have any space left. Obviously, I don't want that happening in the first few moments after the baby makes an appearance.
As it would turn out, I had about a million photos on there still from our trip to Zion National Park last year. I very nearly starting crying as I looked back and remembered that I used to do things and see places like this:
Because, I'm sorry to say, this picture that Jacob snuck of me a few nights ago describes my life pretty well right now. Exhausted, sprawled on the couch, propped up by three pillows and still uncomfortable, nauseous, forcing down vegetables, watching TV. All day.
My gosh. I used to actually
do things with my life.
